Faq

  • How can I book a tour?
    You can book your tour with us sending an email on info@enduroexperience-croatia.com or calling/sending a whatsapp to: +385919502304.
  • How can I pay the deposit?
    You can pay the deposit easily via Paypal or Bank Transfer. All details will be sent to you as soon as the reservation has been confirmed.
  • What is included in the price?
    The price includes the enduro tour with a professional guide, accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The assistance during the tour is also included.
    What the typical day will look like?
    Your breakfast will be served at 8.30am, the tour starts at 10am. You will stop for lunch approximately between 1-2pm, and finish your tour by 5.30pm. The dinner is served at 7pm, unless agreed differently.
  • What if I damage my bike and cannot  continue the tour?
    We will do our best to help you to fix your bike. In case it won’t be possible, and you would like to continue, we offer you a rent-a-bike.
  • What if I have to cancel?
    Your deposit can be used for rescheduling of your tour to a future date. If the cancellation occurs due to the COVID19 situation and it cannot be postponed, your deposit will be reimbursed
  • What if the weather is bad?
    We would normally drive in any condition, so let’s decide together what is the best solution for the day.
